If you are a person who is always looking for adrenalin rush, these two activities should be in your top to-do list when you are visiting Peru.
Dune buggy is like riding a roller coaster in the form of a jeep. It was so so so much fun. But, honestly speaking, its safety is actually questionable cause the jeep can fall to unstrong dunes and i can’t imagine what will happen. Just don’t think about it and enjoy the ride!
The sandboarding is also fun though not as fun as the dune buggy (at least for me).
Btw, when doing the sandboarding, it is safer to slide on your belly than to stand on the board. Even for professional snowboarders, the guide will insist you to slide on your belly.
